We have a 14 day exchange policy. Within 14 days of receiving your item(s), you can exchange for any other item(s). The amount of your returned item will be applied to your new order. You can also request a store credit, to be used at any time in the future.
To be eligible for an exchange:
-Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and/or have it's original tag(s).
-Proof of purchase is required.
-Edible goods are final sale only.

Online Returns/Exchanges are accepted in any of our store locations. Please provide the order confirmation that was sent to you, so we can process your return. Please note that store credit can only be redeemed in-store and will not be available for online purchase.
Domestic shipping is based on the total weight of the items you order. Your shipping total will show in your shopping cart. Orders ship within 2-3 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve sent your order.

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
Prefer to pick your order up in person? We offer the option of store pickup as a shipping method, which means you get to come by any of our lovely stores during business hours to pick up your order at your convenience!

We are required to charge 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses.
